Thank you: Lib Dems enjoy surge in support in Brighton and Hove

Liberal Democrats are celebrating surging support in the Brighton and Hove seats. The party drastically increased its vote in each of the constituencies and City-wide out polled the Greens!

In Hove, Paul Elgood increased the vote by 8.8% to 8,002 votes.

In Brighton Pavilion, Hazel Thorpe increased the vote by 3.4% to 7,171 votes.

And in Brighton Kemptown, Marina Pepper increased the voted by 6.1% to 6,560 votes.

Paul, Marina and Hazel thank all their supporters for a hugely encouraging result.
