Legal advice on the Marina development should be made public, say Liberal Democrats, in response to calls by campaigners for the advice of the Council's counsel to be put into the public domain.

Lib Dem Councillor Paul Elgood said: 'This process must be entirely transparent and open, which means residents being able to scrutinise all the information made available councillors, which is not covered by the usual rules around financial implications. This will help to ensure that residents can understand the basis for any decision made.'
